Erhan Akdeniz brings together practical electrical knowledge, renewable-energy expertise and operational leadership.
After completing four years of electrical studies to become a qualified electrician, Erhan undertook a further two years of specialised renewable-energy education and training. That technical foundation now supports more than a decade of work across solar power, battery storage and sustainable-energy solutions.
Today, he applies that experience as Operations Manager at Tally Energy Group, helping Australian households and businesses access energy systems that are reliable, compliant and commercially sensible.

More than 10 years across solar, battery storage and sustainable power, now applied through operational leadership at Tally Energy Group.
Erhan began with Crescent Star FC’s Under-13s under Yasin Özdenak. He was also trained by former Australian player Jim Patikos, whose guidance helped shape a disciplined and competitive approach.
Four years of electrical studies were followed by two years of specialised renewable-energy education. Erhan now combines field knowledge, compliance awareness and commercial judgement to support better energy outcomes.
